For modelling, I chose a concept by 2d artist Yulia Kovaleva called Witch's House. I used Blender for modelling and texturing. I completed the missing background: wall with a stone stove, from which a chimney emerged, and wall with another window with green shutters.
It turned out two textures with a resolution of 4096x4096 pixels: a map with a house and its decor elements, a map with other objects. All textures were made as Blender procedural materials. I also added hand-drawn graphics in Blender to emphasize the bevels of the tiles, the reflections of the metal, stone and wood veins.
The main light source is the sun; several point lights are used to highlight objects in the scene.
There are several animation variations in the scene: moving an object in space (levitation of stones, flies, leaves, dolls on a tree, eyes in a hollow, a lantern, shutters), animation of a glowing texture (lantern, eyes), imitation of the wind when swaying grass and skeletal animation (tree, owl).
